We exist to propel these workers to a better future.
Laura Phan
Founder & CEO @Trainizi
"Grew up surrounded by deskless workers in the rural countryside of Vietnam, I witnessed firsthand their unspoken struggles of making a good living. It was right in front of me: my family, my neighbors and the strangers I met on the streets.
Education then came and gave me opportunities to work and travel around the globe. This opened my eyes to how much the world has to offer and how big the gap is between the deskless community in my hometown and the first-world societies. These contrasting experiences have shaped my worldview on how education can be the means to liberate lives.
Without access to quality education, this economic and quality-of-life gap will keep widening. Learning that there are 2.7 billion underserved deskless workers worldwide who need so much help, I turned sympathy into actions."

While workers struggle to make a good living, companies in labor-intensive and service-driven sectors surprisingly face significant challenges to recruit. The labor shortages, especially for deskless workers, are pervasive in developed countries, such as the United States, United Kingdom, Northern Europe, and Australia, and the numbers don't lie.
