iZi is developing its ecosystem of microlearning products leveraging AI to help different learning communities in Southeast Asia access education speedily and conveniently using their mobile device. Our flagship product is Trainizi, a workplace learning platform for deskless workers, widely recognized as the 1st-prize winner of the 2023 ASEAN-Korea AI Youth Festa, Top 10 Techfest Vietnam, and featured on major media outlets including VTV1, Tuoi Tre, Thanh Nien, Vietcetera, among others.

About the role:

As a Front End Developer at Trainizi, you will be an essential part of our product development team. Your primary role will involve developing new features and improving the user experience on our platform on both the mobile app and web app environments, with AI applications embedded. All of our products are mobile-driven and related to training and upskilling.

Description

• Collaborate with a diverse team of developers, designers, and product managers to evolve our AI-integrated, mobile-first platform.

• Develop and enhance the platform's front-end using React, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and mobile responsive user experience.

• Assist in the maintenance and improvement of RESTful APIs to ensure smooth operation and integration on mobile platforms.

• Participate in the optimization of our application for maximum speed, scalability, and a flawless user experience across all mobile devices.

• Engage in regular code reviews to ensure maintainability and adherence to best practices.

• Be a part of debugging to maintain a high level of quality and performance.

• Help document the development process, focusing on front-end features.

• Know the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, UI/UX design, and front-end technologies, and apply this knowledge to our projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on mobile-first solutions.

• Proficient in JavaScript and React; willingness to learn React Native, Flutter, or other emerging technologies.

• Basic understanding of back-end technologies (Golang or NodeJS) and database management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) is a plus, but not required.

• Understanding of RESTful API development, particularly for mobile applications.

• Familiar with software architecture, design principles, and best practices in front-end development.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a research-driven mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability to new technologies and ideas.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
