iZi is developing its ecosystem of microlearning products leveraging AI to help different learning communities in Southeast Asia access education speedily and conveniently using their mobile device. Our flagship product is Trainizi, a workplace learning platform for deskless workers, widely recognized as the 1st-prize winner of the 2023 ASEAN-Korea AI Youth Festa, Top 10 Techfest Vietnam, and featured on major media outlets including VTV1, Tuoi Tre, Thanh Nien, Vietcetera, among others.

About the role:

As a Community & Growth Executive at Trainizi, you'll lead the charge in building, growing and nurturing relevant user communities across Vietnam, Southeast Asia and the world. We expect you to be adept in building vibrant and creative communities of educators and trainers, leveraging your program building, event organizing and content creation skills to deliver value to our target communities on a day-to-day basis.

Description

• Research and analyze the patterns, behaviors, and trends among our target communities

• Initiate activities to build and grow vibrant and creative communities of trainers and educators in Vietnam and Southeast Asia

• Craft and execute multi-channel content plans that resonate with and bring value to the communities we are targeting, generating organic traction to our products

• Create viral and impactful microlearning templates on our platform on a daily basis to support and empower our communities

• Act as a brand ambassador and most avid news reporter in every activity that Trainizi is a part of, including competitions, events, strategic partnership establishments, and others.

• Monitor the effectiveness of community activities with data-driven measures

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a community builder

• Exceptional initiating and organizing events and programs for community building

• Good content creation skills with high-level visual standards and graphic design skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content.

• Loves to learn, to teach or to deliver knowledgeable content in entertaining ways

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
